Because isn’t this what it’s really all about?
Living fully
Be. In a world when everything is constantly moving and changing, take a moment to just be. Now. In the moment. At this time. Set goals. Take chances. Follow dreams. Recognize beauty and opportunity and one another. Be kind. Give gratitude. Breathe. Live. Wholeheartedly and fully.
Laughing loudly
At yourself. At jokes. When you want to cry but a laugh will help more instead. When you cry but then want to make light of your tears. When you overreact. When you’re sad but then remember all the good. Because there’s so much good. It’s all around. Everywhere, actually. Sometimes it’s just harder to find.
& Loving the heck out of our people
Your partner. Your child(ren). Mom, dad, sibling(s), aunts, uncles, grandparents. Your best friends. Your friends. Your co-workers who’ve become your friends. Your pet(s). Your God… I don’t often discuss religion or my beliefs here but one thing I do believe is that He has a plan. Love yourself and your people through it.
I hope your weekend was, and you everydays are filled with all of that. Life is messy and uncertain and raw. But it is worth it. So, so worth it.
So, live, laugh and love in celebration of it all.
I know I will be, especially with my birthday coming up at the end of the week. (It always makes me reflect. Does your birthday do that to you, too?)

Hi, it's nice to read a positive post. Laughing out loudly is must. I made a silly mistake yesterday and laughed so hard with my friends about it. I may have been a source of amusement but it made for a great end to the day.

I love positive posts like this, they really do need to happen more often. 🙂

I love this slogan! I use it as a fresh reminder of my approach to life. The mug is cute too!
