If you couldn’t already tell, I have fun finding new foods to make with almond meal.
A few weeks ago I woke up and remembered I had a jar of Nutella in my cabinet. The idea for Nutella Almondmeal was born and I got to cooking my breakfast, which could probably also double as dessert! Unfortunately, I don’t measure ingredients exactly but here’s my recipe:
- Almond meal + water+ 2 egg whites + dollop of Nutella mixed in
- Cook in a pan for ~5 minutes
- Add another dollop of Nutella on top
Other delicious versions are Banana Almondmeal and Strawberries and Banana Almondmeal (pictured below)
