I’ve only worked out Sunday of this week. I do the Insanity workout. It’s been my favorite workout thus far.
I feel really bummed about it but law school and externing keep me way too busy. I used to work out every other day but now it’s Fri-Monday, which is still 4x but since it’s not scattered, I’m not sure that’s as good. I try to eat much healthier and lighter on the days I don’t work out. . . So I guess it balances out?
After I’m done with my work, I will be making my way downstairs to burn some calories!
