When I heard that Nicholas Sparks quote in the “Lucky One,” another of his movies I really enjoyed, it hit home. It is how I feel about T.
 
I actually like Tim. 
 
 
You see, I enjoy spending time together. I enjoy joking around. I even enjoy doing things I normally don’t… I enjoy grocery shopping with him. I enjoy doing laundry together. Cleaning up the house together. Getting the car fixed together. Going for car washes and getting lost on road trips. Getting lost in NYC, my hometown – yes I am that born and bred New Yorker who still doesn’t know if 5th Ave. is to my right or left and my horrible eyesight doesn’t help. I enjoy getting wet in the rain. I enjoy quiet nights in, and of course dancing nights out.
 
I enjoy everyday and everything we do together because I like Tim. He gets me. He understands me and he puts up with my quirks perfectly. I think it’s important to like the person you’re with. Unlike family, we’re not “obligated” to love one another so liking is pretty important. In my humble opinion. Lucky for me, Tim is a really likable person.

Now, don’t get me wrong. There are times, though, when I might think I don’t “like” him. When we’re arguing and he makes me angry. Or when I’m being bratty. But the beauty in it all is that I am in love with him. So that always saves the day. Because even more than I like him, I am madly in love with him and my love for him grows more and more everyday.
 
And I know it always will.

It’s taken me quite a while to finally get to this but I’m a girl of my word. BIG thank you to Rita of Champagne-n-Pizza for nominating me for these. She has been hands-down one of the best bloggy friends I’ve made! Speaking of Rita, have you seen my new design??? It was all thanks to her! I absolutely love it – what do you think?

How’d you decide to name your blog? 
I think it defines who I am pretty accurately. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, one of the 5 boroughs of NYC, but I am about to move and I love to travel.

What is your favorite thing to do when you get home?
Take off my shoes and change out of work clothes/ into relaxing clothes.

First word that comes to mind in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1… go!
Yawn. . . probably because I just did 😛
 
Never have you ever…
Gone bungee jumping.
 
Weirdest place you’ve… eaten.
Ummmm… a picnic on the floor? I can’t really remember.
 
Favorite food to eat?  (You must eat it tonight now.)
Besides chocolate – rice and beans with chicken cutlets 🙂
 
What will you name your first child or next animal (if you don’t want a kid)?
I like the name Stella… Tim, on the other hand, does not haha

I don’t use either. I don’t really like paying for apps. But I’ve seen A Beautiful Mess around my IG a lot more and it looks pretty.

Ah totally your hometown because I’ve been wanting to go to Tx (I’ve only been to Arlington when I was young)!

What is the most interesting thing you know about Texas?
