I have chocolate almost every day. Not kidding. So it’s no surprise that I’m constantly trying to find ways to incorporate it a bit healthily. Like last night:
Last week, I was craving chocolate ice cream. Instead of going to the store and buying some, I decided to google avocado chocolate ice cream recipes, if any existed. I was happy to see that there were but I decided, as I do many times, to freehandedly make up my own rendition.
Ingredients
1 avocado + 2 Dove hot chocolate packets (a girl’s gotta work with what she has) + Almond milk + Vanilla extract and voilà! Note: I didn’t want to wait to freeze it so I ate it as pudding!
