EXCITING VALENTINE’S DAY UPDATE: WE WON!
Happy Valentine’s Day!
In honor of today, one of my favorite holidays, I’ve decided to go down memory lane and give a synopsis of Timmy’s previous Valentine’s Day presents, which were each sent while he was out to sea and then in Hawaii. This weekend (not tonight thanks to his nights schedule :/), we’ll be sipping on wine and watching a movie together via Skype (thank goodness for technology). We probably won’t spend Valentine’s Day physically together until 2015 but that’s okay. (Gotta stay optimistic, right?)
2011:
The flowers came with a note that said something to the effect of: Happy Valentine’s Day Beautiful! What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay there. (Note: I will tell our interesting love story eventually!) I hope these brighten up your day as you do mine. Please don’t give up on me and I won’t give up on you.
I have slept with that teddy ever since 🙂
2012:
The ring came with a card that said this was “practice for the most important set of rings.”
Please excuse my messy hair lol! And yes, I did have on my “I <3 My Sailor” VS Pink tee 🙂
2013 (so far):
Beautiful infinity ring with our birthstones and date (1/14/11 inscribed 🙂
He says I have another present in the mail… not sure if it’s flowers that he wants to trick me about because he said he’d get me a present instead of them but Idk. I’m happy nmw it is, honestly. Plus, he just got me an iPad mini for our anniversary last month. The man was supposed to only get me something small for Valentines Day! Lol he’s too amazing 🙂 and I am smitten… can you tell? 🙂
I fall in love with T more and more everyday. I am truly blessed he came into my life.
