The beginning of the weekend is as good a time as any to talk about #goals. Since November is well under way, and I want to keep at my goals for the whole upcoming chilly season, I figured I’d name them “late fall/winter goals.” They are:
1. To find an exercise regimen that I can do nightly when I get home from work. This has been my biggest struggle because after working all day, working out is the last thing I want to do.
2. To go for walks around our neighborhood park on the weekends. I love doing outdoorsy things and I’d like to continue as long as there isn’t snow on the ground.
3. To be more compassionate and grateful. It’s perfect for the upcoming season and because my fuse has been short lately.
4. Study for the NY bar so I can pass it this time. You read correctly– I’m retaking that bad boy and I’m newly focused on the prize.
5. Continue the search for a home. We’ve been casually house hunting but the search is hard in a city where the medial price for homes is over half a million… I am confident we will be owners next year though.
