It’s taken me quite a while to finally get to this but I’m a girl of my word. BIG thank you to Rita of Champagne-n-Pizza for nominating me for these. She has been hands-down one of the best bloggy friends I’ve made! Speaking of Rita, have you seen my new design??? It was all thanks to her! I absolutely love it – what do you think?
 
As for the awards, I’ve combined them so as not to bore you all with stuff about me!

1. I cry … a lot.
2. I am a hopeless romantic.
3. My favorite color is pink – any and all pink!
4. I love getting manicures and pedicures.
5. I moved back home after college.
6. I love taking photos.
7. I love shopping.
8. I have accepted a government lawyer job.
9. I like naps.
 10. Oh, and I LOVE chocolate.
11. My family means the world to me.
 
On to the questions that I have to answer:

How’d you decide to name your blog? 
I think it defines who I am pretty accurately. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, one of the 5 boroughs of NYC, but I am about to move and I love to travel.

What is your favorite thing to do when you get home?
Take off my shoes and change out of work clothes/ into relaxing clothes.

First word that comes to mind in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1… go!
Yawn. . . probably because I just did 😛
 
Never have you ever…
Gone bungee jumping.
 
Weirdest place you’ve… eaten.
Ummmm… a picnic on the floor? I can’t really remember.
 
Favorite food to eat?  (You must eat it tonight now.)
Besides chocolate – rice and beans with chicken cutlets 🙂
 
What will you name your first child or next animal (if you don’t want a kid)?
I like the name Stella… Tim, on the other hand, does not haha
 
Hot button issue:  gifboom or A Beautiful Mess.  Which app do you like more?  (If you don’t have either, feel free to download them and thank me for letting you know about them.  Now that you have them, what do you think?)
I don’t use either. I don’t really like paying for apps. But I’ve seen A Beautiful Mess around my IG a lot more and it looks pretty.
 
If you were to take me on a blate (blate= blogger date), where would we go?
Ah totally your hometown because I’ve been wanting to go to Tx (I’ve only been to Arlington when I was young)!

What is the most interesting thing you know about Texas?
Hmm great Mexican food!

Chocolate or vanilla?  I’m sure you know this answer by now: chocolate for the win!

Favorite sweet treat? Ice cream... I tell myself it’s perfectly fine to have it for dinner during the summer…
 

When do you crave sweet things the most?  When I am stressed.


Sweet nickname?  Jaxx? I don’t really have any “sweet” nicknames but I more than make up for it with the sweets I consume.
